If your home is anything like mine, tidying up is always a battle. Anya is very good at getting everything out when she wants to play. If she’s playing dress up, she doesn’t get one outfit out but her entire dress up box contents get strewn all over the living room. Then she moves on to the next thing without putting away the dress up stuff of course. By the end of the day, every sofa, every table top and every bit of floor in my living room is covered with stuff. When it comes to putting all this stuff away, she’s suddenly too tired or too hungry or too something!
On a recent trip to Copenhagen (more on the trip soon) I spotted these graphic storage bags. I loved the simple graphic prints and knew they would work in any room in our home so I picked up one in each size and design that I could find. Not only do they look good, but storage bags make tidying up so quick and easy. These ones are really spacious so they hold a lot of stuff and the best part is that they cost just £10-£12 each so they won’t break the bank either. They don’t look out of place in our living room so now I have them dotted around the place and once we’ve quickly tidied up, they can easily be moved to Anya’s room or often they just stay in the living room. We use them for everything from toy storage to laundry bags and even my craft supplies.
Tidying up is still a battle but at least when I convince Anya to do it, it’s over in seconds. These graphic storage bags are by House Doctor who have a list of international stockists on their site.

It sounds all too familiar. I would love those storage bags right now the battle in the nest is over dirty clothes strewed all over the floor these would be perfect. I love the dollies too who makes them?

Oh yes, we have the clothes too. They are left on the floor exactly where they are taken off. The dollies are just my favourite – by Lucky Boy Sunday – a Danish brand but dollies are available worldwide these days. Hope you find some storage sacks soon.
