kids shoes with free shipping

Did you know that 1+1 = 3?  OK, even my maths isn’t that bad but wouldn’t it be great if every time we went shopping and bought two things, we got the third free?  A delicious idea but sadly it just doesn’t happen much. That is, until now.  My go to kids shoe shop Pisamonas is offering just this.  Buy any 2 pairs of shoes and get the 3rd one free.  Yes, free! Pisamonas already offer incredible value for money with beautiful, quality kids shoes priced mostly in the £15-£30 range and all the kids shoes come with free shipping and returns.  But now they’ve gone a step further with this very special offer available from 18th Feb to 29th Feb.

affordable shoes for kids

Are you a bag lady or a shoe lady?  Bags or shoes, shoes or bags?  I’m very much a shoe lady as my ever growing shoe collection will reveal.  And since I’ve been blessed with a little girl, well my shoe obsession has trickled down to mini shoes too.  But with mini shoes I usually have to hold back because kids feet grow so quickly; that is until I discovered Pisamonas who make the cutest and most affordable shoes for kids.

If you’ve been following my blog you’ll know that I’m a fan of Pisamonas shoes so much so that I’m proud to say I often work with them too.  Pisamonas are all about Spanish made shoes for boys and girls at incredible prices which means you can indulge in a few pairs for the kids every season and not have to restrict yourself to just one or two pairs like I used to.  Now Pisamonas are offering even better value with a sale.  Their already unbeatable prices are reduced further but just for a few days.  Because their prices are normally so low, their sales don’t last long – usually no more than a week or 10 days at most.  Here are a few of my favourites from the sale – all for under £20 (yes, under £20!).  Aren’t they pretty?  I’m loving the softer colours for Summer so that’s what I’ve picked but there are loads more styles so do check out their sale before it’s over.

mama & baby…

September 5, 2013

"classic converse trainers"I clearly remember the day that I got my first pair of converse shoes as a teenager.  I seriously thought I was the coolest kid on the block.  They were bright pink (of course!) with high-tops and I don’t think I ever took them off.  All my friends had them and I really felt that I had arrived!  Looking back, I think the bright pink was way over the top but I was 13 or 14 and clearly not as cool as I thought I was!  Even though I’m not much of a trainers kind of gal anymore, I still love these cool shoes but these days I’m much more in to the muted colours and I especially love the simple black ones because they go with everything and look pretty stylish too.  Not long ago I also bought a mini red pair for my daughter who wasn’t as keen on these shoes as me until she saw the glitter ones and is now hankering for a pair of those.  I have to admit I am partial to the gold ones and am tempted to get a pair for her and me.  A little bit of sparkle for the coming winter months seems like a good idea to me.

So this week with these shoes in mind, I thought I would have a bit of fun with the mama & baby post… let mama sport these cool and classic trainers while baby plays with those DIY converse wearing hens!  Aren’t they so quirky-cute?

This post is brought to you in association with John Lewis.  All the words, opinions and ideas expressed here are mine.

"lace bag lace shoes girls"

Today’s picks for mama & baby… let mama look super elegant carrying this lace clutch bag while baby can wear these beautiful lace shoes

"neon toed leather shoes kids"

While browsing svpply, i spotted these shoes and fell in love.  How cool are they?  These neon toed shoes are from Namibia where each shoe is hand made by a group of 8 gentlemen that turn out just 20 pairs each day.  The shoes are made of kudu leather which is leather from a very large antelope like animal native to Namibia.  Schier shoes also make similar ones for grown-ups… I’m loving the neon toed ones for the adults too.  If you’re in a matching sort of mood you could get one each for every member of you family!  Head to Schier Shoes to see the entire collection and don’t miss the cute furry little shoes for kids.

"bright summer sandals for girls"

We’re still happily enjoying some scorchio weather here in London and for me one of the biggest benefits of summer is wearing sandals.  Open-toed shoes are so much better for your feet and I love, love wearing all manner of sandals and flip flops.  Of course, I also love putting my daughter in teeny-tiny kids sandals too.  With such gorgeous ones out there, it would be a shame not to.  Today I’ve picked out 4 bold, bright and beautiful sandals for little girls and I’m feeling the love for each one of them:

1.  Brilliant orange patent leather sandals by chic Italian kids brand Pepe {from elias & grace}

2.  Sunny banana yellow ‘Linda’ sandals with a cork sole by Stella McCartney Kids

3.  Another dose of Italian kids style but in luscious red by Gallucci {from smallable.com

4.  French and fabulous Pom D’Api bring us these hot pink flip flops {from elias & grace}

*And last but definitely not least is the wonderful paisley wallpaper by Mini Moderns – my latest wallpaper obsession.  I love all the colours but I can’t take my eyes off the turquoise blue one.

"polka dot ballet pumps kids"

I have a huge soft spot for polka dots especially for children, so when I saw these polka dot shoes it was instant love.  Made in Japan by Sayang Design, these shoes are handcrafted in soft leather and they’re designed by parents who have paid attention to every single detail from style to comfort.  The lace-up ones would look cool on boy or girl and no little girl could go wrong wearing any of the gorgeous ballet pumps.

These polka dot shoes come in a range of colours including some plain ones that are extremely wantable too.  You can visit Sayang Design to see the collection.  Unfortunately they don’t ship internationally but Rakuten (Japan’s global marketplace) have a selection and they ship to several countries.

"european baby shoes"

I’m always on the look out for beautiful yet wearable shoes for kids.  The mass market stuff just doesn’t do it for me and so when I came across Gigi & Zaza, I was excited.  Started by 3 mama’s who couldn’t find kids shoes they liked, they decided to have some made.  All their shoes are crafted in small, family-owned factories across Europe and it is this European style mixed with individualism that set their shoes apart.

At Gigi & Zaza every detail is paid attention to… right from the traditional skilled craftsmen who make these shoes to the hand picking of every style and colour.  And there is an underlying simplicity to all their shoes without compromising on looks.  I love the crochet baby mary janes which come in black too and the pale red stripey lace-up shoes are very cool for boy or girl.  To see the entire collection visit Gigi & Zaza who ship Internationally.

P.S. Have you seen these beautiful French shoes for girls?

"Gold shoes for girls"

"French shoes for girls"

I am in love with these hand made shoes for girls by Albert et Henriette.  They’re just beautiful.  I love the colours on offer, I love the the shapes and I even love the creative way in which they’ve been photographed.  I am seriously tempted by the gold shoes especially since they’re on sale at the moment.  After all which little girl (or big girl) wouldn’t like a pair of gold shoes?  Also on offer are some Oxford style shoes which are very cool too especially the fuchsia ones.  The shoes are from Albert et Henriette and cost €44 on sale or €55 when not on sale.  Shipping is worldwide.

*Via Oh Eskimo blog which is another hot French label for girls clothes. But that’s another post for another day.
