Things do not get much cuter than these new veggie inspired hand knitted clothes from Oeuf.  While your fussy eaters may not eat their veggies, you’ll have no trouble convincing your kids to wear them!  All knitted in  100% baby alpaca wool, this adorable clothing collection couldn’t be more delicious!  There are also some gorgeous matching veggie pillows in case you can’t get enough of your greens.  But if it’s the proteins you’re missing, the fried egg hat is the one for you!  Just too cute – I mean look at that aubergine baby – so cute it hurts!

I’ve decided to take a few days off to spend in the sunshine with my family and of course my little one so I will see you back here next week.  In the meantime, if you feel like more reading here are some past popular posts of mine that you might enjoy:

With Winter on it’s way, it’s time to bring those woolens out.  I love big chunky knits or anything knitted and if it’s hand-knitted, even better.  My mum-in-law is the chief knitter in this family so I’m hoping there will be some delightful new Winter knits for Anya soon.  If you’re in to knitting, you have to check out these gorgeous patterns by Paelas.  Mostly for babies, the little wool suits, hats and jumpers are just too adorable for words.  And if not for your own babies, what a lovely gift to give a newborn.  Right now I’m really wishing I knew how to knit!

I just had to share the cuteness that is tricot retro.  I don’t know anyone who isn’t partial to hand knitted baby clothes and these retro inspired knits are so adorable.  They are mostly knitted in cotton so can be worn in any season.  And besides the sweet styles, I love the way they’ve been presented.   Each piece is made to order which means that you can request a specific colour, a different sleeve length or change any other detail.   That green and white striped outfit worn by the alligator is probably my favourite piece but really I love everything.

"knitted baby rompers"Babies wearing little rompers look the cutest.  I’m a big fan of these all in ones for babies, especially the knitted kind.  Here are 5 that I’m loving right now for baby boy or girl:

1.  pale pink shortie with cross back (also comes in grey and a blue-green)…  2.  retro inspired ink blue and cream romper…  3.  ivory romper with pocket…  4.  bunny romper…  5. tomato red baby all in one

"buggy handle protectors"

How cute are these buggy socks?  And the name too.  Cheerful little stripy socks to protect your (umbrella) buggy handles that can fray and tear over time.  But even if they don’t,  I still love these socks for their cute factor.  And besides protecting, they will also make your buggy standout from the crowd.  Very handy in the playground.  They come in many different coloured stripes and a range of sizes to fit a variety of buggy handles and there’s also a sweet pompom version of these handle protectors.  I’m past the buggy stage but if I ever went back there, I’d have to choose the bright turquoise and grey striped ones.  Which colour would you choose?

"cotton knit baby poncho"

Buggy Socks also make adorable ponchos and buggy blankets in bright solid colours or stripes.  They’re all knitted from 100% cotton so are especially ideal for Spring and Autumn.   When I saw their range, it was the ponchos I first fell for.  I love stripes and in these vibrant colours they will liven-up any outfit.  Buggy Socks are are based in Spain where everything is made and most of their range is suitable for 0-3 year olds.  They really do take stripy cuteness to a whole new level and therefore I’m happy to have them on board as my newest sponsor.

{Zara} mini memories…

December 9, 2013

"zara mini baby clothes"With a nearly 5 year old, Zara mini has long been out of my life.  Last week I popped in there for old times sake and and I realised how much I miss it.  I remember finding some of the cutest baby outfits there and for me they’ve still got the sweetest little baby clothes that I’ve seen on the high street.  Even though I can’t shop at Zara Mini anymore, I can’t resist checking them out once in a while.

Granny knits…

December 2, 2013

"handknitted baby and kids clothes"If your child is lucky enough to have a granny who knits for them, then you’ll know where I’m coming from when I say that granny knits are just the best.  We’re one of the lucky ones as my mum-in-law knits some of the most beautiful sweaters for my daughter.  But if you don’t have a granny knitter in the family,  Mamy Factory is for you.  All the chic clothes are hand-knitted by French grannies with love.  The styles are simple and the colours are beautiful with lots of creams, charcoals and dusty pinks on offer.  Mamy Factory knit clothes for babies and kids up to 6 years so if you’re in to hand-knits, do check them out.

Cosy and so cute…

September 13, 2013

"hand knit baby clothes"I can’t believe that I haven’t shared this adorable brand with you before!  I love Misha & Puff not just for their beautiful hand knitted baby clothes but also for the cute overload.  Those little babies look so cosy and pretty in these knits.  That pointy pale yellow hat is just the cutest!  And the colour palette is very striking too.  Misha & Puffs hand knits go from 0 to 24 months so I’ve missed the boat on this one but I still can’t help drooling over the clothes and wishing I had baby to put them in!

Have a wonderful weekend!

Mini Zara…

August 21, 2013

"zara mini autumn winter 2013"When I saw this adorable new collection by Zara mini, it brought back the sweetest memories.  I loved dressing my daughter in Zara mini clothes when she was a tiny baby and I think I’ve saved nearly all the outfits she had.  The clothes and accessories were always very stylish but also practical and very baby-ish.  They are exactly the kind of clothes you imagine a baby should wear and it looks like this latest collection is just as adorable.  I also love the styling done by April and May which shows off the collection beautifully by using things like those wooden sticks that represent the stylish and understated colour palette  Unfortunately my daughter is now way too big for Zara mini clothes but I still check out their collections as I love gifting things like those cute little rompers to friends with newborns.

Seesaw…

"knitted clothes for babies"Sometimes things land in my inbox that I can’t wait to share.  This is one of those times.  I’m loving everything from Seesaw, a  new kids brand from Spain.  What immediately stood out for me in this collection is the colours and the way these colours have been mixed and matched.  And of course I’ve fallen for those little knitted shorts that are so cute and playful.  I think all little kids should own clothes like these.  I also love that the clothes are mostly gender neutral and would look equally sweet on boy or girl.  Seesaw haven’t yet launched their website but you can find out more on their facebook page.
