kids shoes with free shipping

Did you know that 1+1 = 3?  OK, even my maths isn’t that bad but wouldn’t it be great if every time we went shopping and bought two things, we got the third free?  A delicious idea but sadly it just doesn’t happen much. That is, until now.  My go to kids shoe shop Pisamonas is offering just this.  Buy any 2 pairs of shoes and get the 3rd one free.  Yes, free! Pisamonas already offer incredible value for money with beautiful, quality kids shoes priced mostly in the £15-£30 range and all the kids shoes come with free shipping and returns.  But now they’ve gone a step further with this very special offer available from 18th Feb to 29th Feb.

affordable shoes for kids

Are you a bag lady or a shoe lady?  Bags or shoes, shoes or bags?  I’m very much a shoe lady as my ever growing shoe collection will reveal.  And since I’ve been blessed with a little girl, well my shoe obsession has trickled down to mini shoes too.  But with mini shoes I usually have to hold back because kids feet grow so quickly; that is until I discovered Pisamonas who make the cutest and most affordable shoes for kids.

If you’ve been following my blog you’ll know that I’m a fan of Pisamonas shoes so much so that I’m proud to say I often work with them too.  Pisamonas are all about Spanish made shoes for boys and girls at incredible prices which means you can indulge in a few pairs for the kids every season and not have to restrict yourself to just one or two pairs like I used to.  Now Pisamonas are offering even better value with a sale.  Their already unbeatable prices are reduced further but just for a few days.  Because their prices are normally so low, their sales don’t last long – usually no more than a week or 10 days at most.  Here are a few of my favourites from the sale – all for under £20 (yes, under £20!).  Aren’t they pretty?  I’m loving the softer colours for Summer so that’s what I’ve picked but there are loads more styles so do check out their sale before it’s over.

"knitted baby booties""knitted yellow baby booties"Cute doesn’t even begin to describe these adorable knitted wellie booties for babies – I’m dying of cute overload here!  These baby booties are a tribute to the cool Aigle wellington boots for kids.  We are big fans of Aigle boots here and Anya even has a pair.  The design of using bold colours with simple stripes is classy and stylish.  And then this – a mini hand-knitted version for babies.  Too cute.  These baby booties would make such a fun and unusual gift for a new mum and would keep those little toes nice and toasty in the coming Winter months.  I’m totally in love with the yellow ones for baby boy or girl.

P.S. Have you checked out our shiny new kids clothing shop?

"pinterest inspired colour palette 3"Today I was feeling drawn to this simple colour palette of soft pinks, greys, creams and a bit of black.  This pinterest colour palette was inspired by that little girl in her very cool outfit.  These colours work so well on an outfit but I especially love them for a kids room.  The next time I decorate Anya’s room, this is the colour palette for me.

1. Girls style,  2. Jealous baby toy,  3. Pompom shoes,  4. Trio of soft toys,  5. Mouse slippers

"natural leather sandals for girls"Are you a bag lady or a shoe lady?  I’m firmly in the shoe camp, maybe even a little bit obsessed with shoes.  And now having a child, this obsession is trickling in to kids shoes too.  Not good.  But then it’s hard to resist when I find shoes like these Zuzii ones.  Their baby shoes are the cutest and their sandals are so beautiful, I wish they made adult sizes too. "suede baby shoes"I love the simplicity of the sandals with their natural leather and unfussy looks.  And of all the soft suede baby shoes, I think the pink polka dotted ones are just adorable.  They also make cool oxfords for boys, some in plain colours while others have stripes or polka dots.  Discovering kids shoes like these ones by Zuzii does nothing but make me want to buy even more shoes!

Have a lovely weekend!

"tan leather booties"This week’s picks for mama & baby… let mama wear these nude Mary Jane flats while baby wears those adorable tan booties.

"european baby shoes"

I’m always on the look out for beautiful yet wearable shoes for kids.  The mass market stuff just doesn’t do it for me and so when I came across Gigi & Zaza, I was excited.  Started by 3 mama’s who couldn’t find kids shoes they liked, they decided to have some made.  All their shoes are crafted in small, family-owned factories across Europe and it is this European style mixed with individualism that set their shoes apart.

At Gigi & Zaza every detail is paid attention to… right from the traditional skilled craftsmen who make these shoes to the hand picking of every style and colour.  And there is an underlying simplicity to all their shoes without compromising on looks.  I love the crochet baby mary janes which come in black too and the pale red stripey lace-up shoes are very cool for boy or girl.  To see the entire collection visit Gigi & Zaza who ship Internationally.

P.S. Have you seen these beautiful French shoes for girls?

Colourful things…

"colourful nursery decor"

Yesterday was holi, the Indian festival of colour where you get together with friends and family and everybody smears each other with colour.  And of course there’s lots of eating and drinking and making merry!  Being Indian, I couldn’t stop thinking about the great times I’ve had in the past as holi really is one of the most fun festivals for adults but even more for kids.  So I thought about doing a ‘colourful holi’ inspired post and with that in mind, I’ve picked out 4 super colourful kiddy things that I’ve liked this week and hopefully you will too:

1.  I love these tiny little birds that can be made in to so many things like a nursery garland, a brooch, nursery decorations and much more.  These pretty birdies are from a shop called Moloco.

2.  Shiny, bright fruit and vegetable wooden spinning tops by Londji.  Sometimes it’s the traditional toys that are the most fun especially if they look as good as these.

3.  These felt baby shoes are just adorable.  I love their simple shape and the gorgeous colours.  These booties are one to make yourself and you’ll find the instructions over at Purlbee.

4.  I’ve been eyeing this colourful tassel garland for ages now.  I can just picture a bright white nursery adorned with this large stylish garland to add a splash of colour.  You’ll find this at Confetti System.

"leather baby shoes"

Oh so pretty!  The strawberry red, the oriental flowers, the soft leather.  These baby shoes are made by No added Sugar and are available from Funky Moose.   They’re end of line so they’re on sale for £16.20 plus £2.95 delivery.  They’re available in sizes from 0 to 18 months and would make for super eye-catching pram shoes in the cooler climes.
