"mini mello kids stool"

Hello, Mini Mello… I’m liking what I see!  Colourtastic, cool and eco-friendly mini stools by Ekobo.  Made from bamboo and coated in glossy, shiny lacquer in the boldest colours, the Mini Mello comes in lime green, tomato red, hot pink, shiny black and more.  And when you fancy a change, just turn it over and you’ve got a mini storage bowl.  The Mini Mello costs £48 with free delivery and will be back in stock from 5th January 2011.  It measures 34 cms in diameter and it’s 12 cms high… small in size but it holds up to a whopping 90kgs of weight.  That means mama’s and daddy’s can sit on it too, so long as the bum fits!

P.S. Checkout ebabee, the little baby auction site.

"Ferm Living Pipper Bedding"

I’m totally crazy about Ferm Living, the Danes who make the hottest kiddy bedding and nursery decor stuff.  And this birdy bed set is right up there on the hot list.  The Pipper bedding set’s got little coral coloured birdies all lined up in a row and it’s finished with a purple lining around the edges.  The set includes a single duvet cover measuring 135 x 200cms and a pillowcase measuring 70 x 50cms.   It all comes in a matching bag which your bambino is sure to find several uses for.  And the bestest bit: the Pipper bedding set by Ferm Living is reduced by a whopping 40% so it now costs £49.95 instead of £85 (hooray!) plus £4.95 delivery.  100% cotton, 100% stylish and 40% off… what more could you want?

"pencil holder"

Dinoz the dinosaur is a funky little chap to store pencils in.  He comes in classic white, sunny yellow and hot pink.  He can also be used to hold herbs but for the kidlets he’s a quirky and fun way to get pencil tidy.  Dinoz the dinosaur costs £25.60 plus £4.90 delivery.  He’d also make an unusual gift for a bambino who’s big in to drawing and colouring.

"paper flowers"If you want an easy way to make your Christmas gifts look super pretty, don’t miss these.  And, you can still get them in time if you order soon.  From etsy, these paper flowers are a sweet alternative to bows or ribbon.  They cost $3.50 for 12 flowers.  You get a PDF emailed to you and just print and cut… of course if your kids old enough for scissors just delegate.  It’ll keep them busy doing something fun and they’ll probably think of 20 other creative ways to use these paper flowers.  Made by a store called Paper Glitter, I’m thinking of using them as some sort of table decor and not just for Christmas.

"rustic wooden storage box"

Santa’s coming soon and that usually means a mountain of new toys.  Yup, you guessed it… more storage is what’s needed.  I’m hearting these rustic wooden storage boxes on wheels.  Perfect!  Stack ’em high with toys and wheel in and out of sight, as you please.  And while they’re in sight, their cool Frenchy looks with retro orange wheels will be seriously pleasing to your eyes.  You just may never want to hide them away!

UPDATE June 22: these storage boxes are no longer available.  The rustic storage box on wheels measures 45cms long, 32cms wide and 23 cms high (30cms with wheels).  It costs £55 with delivery at £4.95 from Rose & Grey, a little online store packed with stunning stuff for kids and mama’s alike. Be warned: once you visit, you may come away with a lot more than a storage box!

"smiling planet melamine plates"

Lovely, happy, plates from Smiling Planet.  Their mission: to make you smile and I’m definitely smiling wide.  On offer are kiddy plates and bowls with whimsical drawings that are oh so light-hearted and fun.  And they’re all earth-friendly too, made with recycled and recyclable plastic, free of all nasties like BPA, Lead, Phthalates and toxic inks.  There’s many to choose from including a Ballerina Mouse plate and a Blue Whale plate, both of which are just fab.  In the bowls section, I’m wantingly eyeing the music Lion one which immediately brought on a big smile.  The Smiling Planet plastic kids plates cost £12.95 while the bolws cost £7.95 and delivery is £3.95.  So, so tempting!
