Everybody needs a bit of pink in their lives especially for Summer. From pale pink to bright pink, there is a shade of pink out there for everyone. Here are a few pink things I’m currently loving for mamas and babies:

These mummy socks made me smile so I had to share. How fun are they? All animal themed with lots of humour and cuteness. These socks will surely make for very happy feet!
We’ve got a family wedding to go to soon in Kathmandu, Nepal and we’re super excited. I love weddings and it’s been a while since I’ve been to one. We’re all booked and the only thing left to decide is what we’re all going to wear. Indian/Nepalese weddings tend to go on for a week with function after function so it’s not just one outfit you need, but several. Luckily this wedding is a bit shorter with only three events, two of which are formal so both Anya and I plan to go in Indian national dress for the formal celebrations – I’ll wear a sari, she’ll wear a kids lehenga. We’ve already got the Indian outfits so all that’s left to plan is the look for the very informal pre-wedding dinner bearing in mind that it’s going to be hot too.
Probably the easiest thing would be to find myself a dress but I’m not much of a dress person. I prefer trousers or skirts. With that in mind, I’ve been thinking about looks for Anya and me. The word ‘blush’ is such a pretty way to describe this beautiful pale peachy-pink colour which I’m loving for Spring. So soft and feminine, this is a colour I want to see more of in my home and wardrobe. So I went looking for blush things for mamas and kids and here are my favourtie finds:
